Why is there more THC in the Relief Gummies than other Treadwell Farms products?

Delta-9 Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is the cannabinoid usually associated with psychoactivity or a “high.” But that’s not all it does! Research shows that THC is a helpful ingredient in combination with CBD to support managing stress, pain and more. THC occurs naturally in all of Treadwell Farms Full Spectrum products, but with our Relief Gummy, we determined that a little “boost” of THC was just what was needed.  But don’t worry, the THC level is still within Federal and Florida guidelines that require all hemp-based products to contain less than .3% THC. We have highlighted the additional THC on the label so that consumers are aware that this cannabinoid ratio contains more THC than our other products.  View our third-party lab results here for more information. 

Do the Relief Gummies have Delta 8 in them?

No, Treadwell Farms products are not made with hemp-derived cannabinoids created with petrochemical solvents or industrial acids.  Our products only contain cannabinoids that are naturally occurring or facilitated by natural processes such as applying heat or light as would occur in nature.  We chose to increase the support offered by these gummies with a combination of naturally occurring CBD, and THC and rather than synthetically processed alternatives.  View our third-party lab results here for more information.

How is this product legal?

The 2018 Farm Bill defined hemp as cannabis with no more than .3% THC.  This makes Treadwell Farms products federally legal as long as they are below the .3% THC limit.  Each gummy weighs five grams.  A five gram gummy can have up to 15 mg of THC and still be considered legal based on this definition.  View our third party lab results here for more information.

How long will it take for me to feel the effects of CBD and THC gummies?

The time between taking a Relief Gummy and feeling its effects could differ by person based on factors including digestive processing, metabolism and when you have last eaten. In general you should feel the effects within 45 minutes to an hour. We always recommend that you start low and go slow when trying a new product.  You can take a half of a gummy to start as you find your optimal dose.  We don’t recommend taking more than one gummy every two hours or more than three gummies in a twenty four hour period.
