Our custom botanical blend features:
Lemon Balm, a perennial herb from the mint family. Studies suggest that use of lemon balm promotes a sense of calm in the body.
Chamomile, a flowering plant in the daisy family. The dried flowers of chamomile contain many terpenoids and flavonoids (hey, just like hemp!), contributing to its medicinal properties. Chamomile is widely regarded as a mild tranquilizer and sleep-inducer. Sedative effects may be due to the flavonoid, apigenin that binds to benzodiazepine receptors in the brain. Kind of a perfect ingredient for our Evening Blend.
Valerian Root, a member of the Caprifoliaceae family and known for its general calming effects and distinctive botanical taste.
Vanilla, a spice with very high levels of antioxidants, which help protect your body’s cells against free radicals and toxins. And thanks to its antioxidant content, vanilla is a great anti-inflammatory substance.
Our custom botanical blend has a distinctive, strong taste. Customers often report back that the taste is "worth" it for the relaxing sleep they experience.
